The Polanian Cannon Outpost is a structure that can usually be constructed directly by elite Polanian Engineers or upgraded from MG Outpost. It is a fortified building with an Anti-Mech-Cannon that can not be rotated to face any direction other than the front, so it is necessary to choose the orientation when building it. Players can man the bunker with an infantry squad to cover its flanks (and the back), as the cannon is only forward-facing.
P.S. I think the image need replacement? After the release there should not be any gun shields installed onto the cannon.
